My goal is to help you become aware of the information that is constantly being communicated between your mind and your body. By creating a bridge between what we think and how we feel, we can then have direct experience of the world.
As a Dance / Movement Therapist I have a strong passion for supporting people to become “body-wise.” To drop into their bodies and work through any difficulties they may be experiencing from a present and aware experience. I encourage clients to own the emotions they feel and develop coping skills to not only manage life but create a life worth living.
