During this 4 hour pre-recorded intensive course we will journey through the 4 modules of DBT and the body will be our vehicle. Dance/Movement therapy will guide the way as we navigate awareness, emotions, distress and relationships with embodied methodology. By the end of our time together I hope you feel more in tune with your body wisdom and with the rhythms of life.

How to Prepare:
- Wear comfortable clothing that you can MOVE in.
- Create a relaxing space where it’s not likely you will be interrupted.
- Pick a song or playlist of your liking to help facilitate movement.
